Just a friendly reminder to go pick as many dandelion greens to make the most wonderful salad! A salad enjoyed all my childhood and continues to be a favorite. Cut up pieces of apple, boiled eggs and bacon to add to it.

Here is the dressing I like to make for it:
Olive oil
Your favorite vinegar
Black garlic paste
Fresh garlic
Mustard
Mayo
