HELP WANTED!

Located at 90093 226 Ave West Foothills, Alberta T1S 2Z2. We are currently seeking cutting floor personnel to join our team! We have been serving the Foothills area for 54 years and seek team members who work well in a team and independently. Most of all someone who takes pride in their work.
REQUIRMENTS:

• Physical strength and dexterity to lift up to 40 lbs, including above head.
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Must be coachable.
• Dependable transportation is necessary; our facility is not accessible by public transit. Driver’s licence is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Able to work 25 - 40 hours per week. Monday – Saturday, 8am – 5 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Follow established guidelines to ensure consistency in cut sizes, quality and appearance of meat products.
• Safely operate and maintain cutting equipment, ensuring cleanliness and optimal performance
• Maintain a clean and organized work space, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and support production goals
• Rotational end of work day clean up. Including machines, cut floor and kitchen.
PERKS/ BENEFITS:
• $18/hour. Starting wage, wage grows quickly with reliably.
• Access to employee benefits and health insurance.
• Saturday work and overtime hours are available.
• Full time employees receive statutory holiday pay.
• Half an hour lunch and two paid 15 minute breaks.
