Knife sharpening day! Other than my hands these are the tools I use the most. In an average Summer week I hand cut about 30-40kg of bacon. 🥓 When I’m preparing for big events (trade shows, Christmas, Freson Bros initial order), I have cut as much as 100kg (that’s 220lbs!) BY HAND! 🥵🔪🗡️🥓🥓🥓.
