Good Morning☀️
I just wanted to address something to my customers that have been brought to my attention, and something that is bothering me.
I also want to say I have been working long hours trying to get back to each and every email, also while still being a single mom!
And looking at it from my view I feel like I have been doing a wonderful job cracking down on all the emails, but a lot of people don’t seem to think the same.
I just wanted to make people aware that i stepped away from my business for almost a whole year, not intentionally, but because I had no choice.
I had thousands of customers before, and when I made the first original post saying I would be coming back to make things right, I didn’t receive as many emails as I thought I would, there was still over a few hundred but I was expecting it to be worse!
When prestige took it upon themselves to reach out and help me, that’s when the emails really started to come in, it went from not that bad to wow I have no clue how I’m going to tackle this but I will!!
When you step away from a business for almost a year with thousands of customers, it really takes a lot of time to get it back, it is not a 2 week process by any means, as much as I wish it was!
It’s been brought to my attention that prestige have been getting a lot of calls, and messages and backlash (from my very own customers)
This is not ok with me, prestige helped me out, out of the goodness of their hearts, they do not deserve this from my customers, prestige has nothing to do with my business, they are not apart of my business in any way shape or form, they placed a large order with me to help me up front cover the cost of refunding people so I didn’t have to take it out of my own pockets as a single mom, because to be honest, that was the plan.
And I will forever be grateful for their generosity
If your rebooking an order with me, or you have a gift card you want to use (I am not going anywhere) there is no rush, I am not stepping away again, I will be here!
I understand you have all waited almost a year to rebook your order, but please remember you are not the only person.
There are hundreds of you that are also waiting and getting booked in too!
I’m sure the people that have received their refunds and the people that have rebooked orders or gotten an order can vouch for me that they been speaking with me, I have been super open and honest, made many posts about where I’m at, and I’m in no way hiding.
I know I have a group of people that really hate me still, and maybe they are the ones that’s causing the fuss right now, I’m not sure, but if you are one of those, I’m begging you to please stop, I’m just here working away trying to get my life back and my business back in order, there is no reason to bring me down when I’m trying to rebuild!
So in conclusion, my request here is that you please not reach out to prestige, please reach out to me, I’m the only one that can refund you, or rebook you!
I am going to give myself a set time limit to get this ALL said and done, March 31st will be the day that I want to have everything caught up on, even if I have to stay up long hours in the night and morning to get through it all by then, then that’s what I will do!
If you sent an email back early on and you didn’t receive a response from me, please send me another email and put in the subject line , “SECOND EMAIL FOLLOW UP”
So I know that this is an email that was missed, and I can get to it faster!
If you do not hear from me by March 31st PLEASE send me another email or a Facebook message and bring it to my attention so i can get it done asap!
Also, another reminder that I do not have the same phone number as before, so if you are texting that number looking for anything I will never see it!

Year end teacher boxes (only available during teacher appreciation and last week of school in June! These are $25

Lastly, just wanted to say it’s been a pleasure getting to reconnect with you all, some of the emails I have received are just beautiful, some of you have really lifted me up, and I’m so thankful❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
