Good Morning☀️

I just wanted to address something to my customers that have been brought to my attention, and something that is bothering me.

I also want to say I have been working long hours trying to get back to each and every email, also while still being a single mom!
And looking at it from my view I feel like I have been doing a wonderful job cracking down on all the emails, but a lot of people don’t seem to think the same.

I just wanted to make people aware that i stepped away from my business for almost a whole year, not intentionally, but because I had no choice.
I had thousands of customers before, and when I made the first original post saying I would be coming back to make things right, I didn’t receive as many emails as I thought I would, there was still over a few hundred but I was expecting it to be worse!

When prestige took it upon themselves to reach out and help me, that’s when the emails really started to come in, it went from not that bad to wow I have no clue how I’m going to tackle this but I will!!

When you step away from a business for almost a year with thousands of customers, it really takes a lot of time to get it back, it is not a 2 week process by any means, as much as I wish it was!

It’s been brought to my attention that prestige have been getting a lot of calls, and messages and backlash (from my very own customers)
This is not ok with me, prestige helped me out, out of the goodness of their hearts, they do not deserve this from my customers, prestige has nothing to do with my business, they are not apart of my business in any way shape or form, they placed a large order with me to help me up front cover the cost of refunding people so I didn’t have to take it out of my own pockets as a single mom, because to be honest, that was the plan.
And I will forever be grateful for their generosity

If your rebooking an order with me, or you have a gift card you want to use (I am not going anywhere) there is no rush, I am not stepping away again, I will be here!
I understand you have all waited almost a year to rebook your order, but please remember you are not the only person.
There are hundreds of you that are also waiting and getting booked in too!

I’m sure the people that have received their refunds and the people that have rebooked orders or gotten an order can vouch for me that they been speaking with me, I have been super open and honest, made many posts about where I’m at, and I’m in no way hiding.

I know I have a group of people that really hate me still, and maybe they are the ones that’s causing the fuss right now, I’m not sure, but if you are one of those, I’m begging you to please stop, I’m just here working away trying to get my life back and my business back in order, there is no reason to bring me down when I’m trying to rebuild!

So in conclusion, my request here is that you please not reach out to prestige, please reach out to me, I’m the only one that can refund you, or rebook you!

I am going to give myself a set time limit to get this ALL said and done, March 31st will be the day that I want to have everything caught up on, even if I have to stay up long hours in the night and morning to get through it all by then, then that’s what I will do!

If you sent an email back early on and you didn’t receive a response from me, please send me another email and put in the subject line , “SECOND EMAIL FOLLOW UP”
So I know that this is an email that was missed, and I can get to it faster!

If you do not hear from me by March 31st PLEASE send me another email or a Facebook message and bring it to my attention so i can get it done asap!

Also, another reminder that I do not have the same phone number as before, so if you are texting that number looking for anything I will never see it!

Good evening everyone!

Just wanted to give you all an update on where I’m at with responding to emails.

Since finding all the emails that was in my spam/junk folder, it’s really taking lots of extra time to get back to everyone, there’s hundreds and hundreds of emails.
I’m trying to do it slow and steady because I have anxiety about missing anyone, I really don’t want to miss a single person, or leave anyone out!

I was hoping to have all emails responded to by the beginning of the week but I’m still not even close to being done, and i been working on it every day!
I just don’t want anyone to panic, I’m still here and I’m still working through each and every email, so please no one worry or think i am ignoring you, im certainly not!

I have a dear friend helping me with rebooking people, while I work on the rest of the refunds!
This should speed up the process for you all🥰

You are all so important to me, and i appreciate every email I’m getting!
I look forward to being back to work on March 1st, I have missed you all❤️

Good morning,

Just wanted to provide an update to my customers.
I have had many requests coming to my email to rebook orders and also for refunds.
I have rebooked and refunded many, many people so far, I’m just going in the order they were received in, so I don’t lose track and forget about anyone.

I also just noticed last night there is even more emails in my spam/junk folder that were not even seen yet.
I am going through these has we speak, but there is A LOT so please bare with me as I get through them all.

No one will be forgotten about, no one will be missed, everyone will receive a rescheduled date or a refund whatever you request, but please remember if you send multiple emails before I get back to your first email, your request goes right back up to the end again and it will take even longer for a response.

If your looking for a timeline, I’m hoping to have everyone rebooked and refunded by the end of the week or beginning of next week, I thought I was doing good, until I seen my spam folder lol!
If you do not receive anything back from me by then, I would reach out with another email just incase!

Lastly, I would like to send out a BIG thank you to Moe at Prestige Jewellers for all their support and help this past week, without them this whole thing would have been so much harder to tackle alone.

My heart is overflowing with all the love I have received, I think I spent a few days just crying because I was so grateful for all the support they have given me, it’s been such a big blessing to me❤️ I will share their post shortly, incase no one have seen yet!

It’s been so nice getting back in contact with you all, I have sure missed it❤️

As many of you know, 2025 was a very difficult year for me in my personal life.
Because of the added stress, i wasn’t able to focus on my business the way that it deserved.

My intention was to never leave my customers stranded with unused gift cards and unfulfilled orders, but life really took a toll on me.
I started this business and built it from the ground up to provide my customers with delicious charcuterie and great customer service, which i have failed at this past year.

As of March 1st, 2026 I will be reopening for business to allow people to use their gift cards, rebook cancelled orders and refund those who never got a refund.
I’ll be open 3 or 4 days a week, taking a few orders a day, that way I can stay on top of it and not overwhelm myself, and to make sure each person gets their order properly.

To make this transition back into business smoothly this is how I’m going to do it..
-My menu will be posted below
-No longer booking through the website, facebook messages or text.
-Only accepting Orders through email at my NEW email, [email protected]
-All refund requests please send them to this new email “[email protected]
-If you require a refund or you are rebooking I will need a picture attached to the email of the order.
-If you filed a dispute with your bank, I cannot make that order for you now, and I cannot give you a refund for that.
-Free delivery for all orders between 6-8pm as pick up will NOT be an option.
-If you are a school or business that has previously booked Tables or Trays, I will accommodate earlier times for that.
-I do NOT have the same phone number anymore, so texting that old phone number will not work.

I would like to take a moment to apologize because I understand how frustrating this season of my business has been.
Now that my life is back together I want to make this right for all my customers that supported me through the years.
I’m expecting a lot of requests, so my only ask is that you please be patient as I want to make things right again, and I will 100% make it right!
