Chicken Parmesan is one of those classic meals that never goes out of style. It’s comforting, satisfying, and the kind of meal that brings everyone to the table.

Our version features thin, tender boneless, skinless chicken breasts coated in a crispy golden crust with just the right amount of crunch, while staying soft and juicy on the inside. The coating is made with crushed crackers, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic salt, and olive oil, with fresh lemon juice, mayonnaise, and parsley adding extra flavour and moisture.

Served alongside spaghettini noodles and marinara sauce, this classic combination makes for a comforting and satisfying meal that feels right at home on a cool fall evening!

Whether you’re feeding the whole family or stocking your fridge for a busy week, our Chicken Parmesan is an easy, delicious meal that brings a little extra comfort to the table. 🍝

This summer, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to bring nutrition resources and education to the communities of Conklin and Janvier. 🤍

We’ve spent time with the youth, adults and seniors through nutrition education and hands-on cooking classes, creating opportunities to connect, learn, share stories and, of course, cook together around the thing we love most — food!

Being Indigenous ourselves, these experiences have meant so much to us. It’s been incredibly heartwarming to build connections within these communities, learn from one another, and be welcomed into spaces where food brings people together.

Alongside everything else we’ve experienced this year, the work we’ve been able to do in these communities has truly filled our hearts and strengthened our drive to continue bringing meaningful nutrition, food and education services to our own community here in Fort McMurray.

We’re so grateful for every conversation, every story, every meal and every connection. We look forward to all that’s to come 🤍

A little pause, but most certainly not the end!

We’re temporarily pausing our meal prep services while we search for a new commercial kitchen space in Fort McMurray. We’re incredibly grateful for the support this community has shown us over the past couple of years and we’re hopeful and exited for what’s next for Made Right Nutrition.

Please read for our full update. Thank you for being part of our journey — we can’t wait to be back soon!
