Thank you to everyone who came today and enjoyed our baked goods, soup and sandwiches - it was wonderful to serve you!

‼️Please be aware - due to an unforeseen water and plumbing issue affecting the building, our bakery will be closed tomorrow, June 18th while repairs are completed.‼️

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

We will share updates as soon as the issue has been resolved and we’re able to get back to baking.

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Yesterday didn’t go as planned - we had to close early due to a medical emergency, but thanks to the quick actions & care of the incredible team at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre, our cherished family member is still with us and recovering. 💙

Closing early wasn’t a loss - we had the opportunity to show our gratitude to the Emergency department by bringing down these boxes full of fresh baked treats and sandwiches.

Friends - we just want to remind you - don’t ever ignore heart pain & symptoms. If something feels wrong, get checked. You are loved and needed!!

We are SOLD OUT!

It’s been an INCREDIBLE first day and words can’t express how grateful we are for all your support.

Now it’s time for us to start making more!

We will be open again tomorrow at 8AM until sellout or 6PM.

Our menu & hours during this soft opening phase will vary as we perfect our flow and ramp up.

Tomorrow we will have more cinnamon buns, kolache and delicious sandwiches. We can’t wait to see you!!

We have Kolache, Cinnamon Buns, Croissants, hot coffee, Italian sodas and LUNCH!

For lunch we have Italian (Prosciutto, genoa and Capicola) on foccacia, Turkey Cranberry, Ham & Havarti croissant and Pot Pie Soup.

It’s a classic Czech dessert that tastes like sweet heaven.

Imagine pillowy soft dough filled with cream cheese, fruit and crumble topping, or rich almond frangipane drizzled with glaze.
