❗️🥚🍳 Farm fresh eggs can be found at the Farmers Market on Saturdays 9:00-3:00! They are a great source of nutrients like protein, iron and vitamin B’s, to start your day or maintain your day.
We also have a variety of easy cooking beef sausages.
❗️🥞 Einkorn pancake mix, 750 grams for $15. Einkorn is a nutrient dense grain that is the easiest to digest, and makes a light pancake.

Saturday Farmers Market!
We have a new batch of locally produced beef tallow, triple filtered, from locally raised beef, available in the freezers! $20/tub.
Also, small-batch-at-a-time 🥞 Einkorn Pancake Mix….perfect for rainy day breakfasts paired with our Beef Maple Breakfast sausage and Farm Fresh Eggs 🍳❤️, all available at the Fort Nelson Farmers Market on Saturdays, 9-3.
Einkorn is the name of the oldest grain, not a hybrid, very nutritiously dense, with a different form of gluten, so that most wheat sensitive people can eat it without issue, as well as anyone else without gut problems. I mill the grain into flour, then make the pancake mix.
❗️We have small jalapeño cheddar sourdough panini buns again this week, along with the regular jalapeño cheddar sourdough bread.
❗️Jalapeño cheddar Bagels!! We don’t make these every week, so get them while you can! Note: they keep well in the freezer.
❤️ Apricot Sourdough loaves, with orange zest…smells like the holidays…
🥚🥚🍳 we have a lot of eggs. $7/dozen.
🥩🍔 Three freezers with local Fort Nelson beef and lamb. Processed in a provincial inspected facility.

We have locally made from locally grown beef: sausages and burgers for your long weekend cookout!
Briskets, Steaks, roasts, ground beef and more!
Example: Roasts $12/lb (except prime rib), ground beef $8.50/lb
Grass fed all-beef tallow, locally rendered and filtered 3x (time-consuming 😀), 750 gr tub for $20.
