Been a while since I’ve posted anything but this rub made me want to share with my followers! I picked this up at on a recent visit down south and boy am I glad I did! Rob from has in my opinion made one of the most well balanced rub I’ve ever tried with his new Maple Candy rubs. It’s sweet , it’s savoury it’s not to salty and most of all it’s delicious. We hope to have it on the shelves of soon. But if you’re not local to be sure to check out your local bbq store for this gem.

This is my entry for the that and are putting on!

This beauty rack of side ribs tied in a crown and seasoned with honey habanero then smoked at 225 for 5.5 hrs before being sauced with Smokey bbq sauce. After that it was filled with French fries, topped with a Smokey white cheddar Mac and smoked farmers sausage and the all drizzled with Queso. This truly was a crown fit for a king 👑!

Well I’d say the ribs were a success, using the Croix Valley Hickory BBQ Wing and BBQ booster as the rub made for a very sweet and Smokey rib , topped off with their Kansas bbq sauce made for the perfect pair.

As always these amazing products are available locally here in Grill Pros & Outdoor Living!
