Spring is behind us, we have animals out on pasture, and we have gotten to the end of our 2 spring lists of orders and deliveries.

As some of you may know, my father who was actively farming with us, passed away suddenly last Christmas.

With regret, we realize we cannot reach around for everything and something has to go. For now, we will no longer be providing farm to table beef deliveries. If you are interested in doing a beef share with a friend, contact us and we will sell you a live beef and get it delivered to the processing shop of your choice.

We know this impacts our customers who regularly buy quarters from us. If you would like a quarter, contact us and we will try to organize a split share. We will not be able to offer delivery from the processing shop to your door.

It appears like we have a dry summer ahead of us, so eat beef and pray for rain!

Seems like it's about time for our next unofficial, biannual fb post. "Fall" work is still in full force. The cows are about all home, thanks to all the help from family, friends, helpers, and horses.

We have one round of bulk beef deliveries completed and have some more booked for delivery beginning of December. There are a couple slots available for quarters, or a half yet. Our current price is $6.20/lb on hanging weight. As always this price includes everything, cut, wrapped, and delivered locally to Fort Vermilion, High Level, and La Crete. Our next bookings could be close to spring.

With calving about done, and mostly everyone moved out to pasture, I realized we were long overdue for an update.

We are taking orders for bulk beef, whole, halves, and quarters. There are some openings right now for a few orders for delivery middle of July. Our current price is $5.75/lb on hanging weight. Fall pricing could be different.

Unfortunately we are no longer doing order boxes with individual cuts and deliveries to our High Level drop location. We will consider doing an 8th of a beef if customers want.

Hey all...! We've been busy with calving season and we missed 1 month's order boxes. But plan on delivering to High Level tomorrow to our drop freezer, Friday April 14th.

We are out of stock in a lot of our cuts. And we're wanting to move what stock we have on hand before we get any new inventory. We have some New York strip steaks left, rib steaks bone in, assorted roasts, 2 tongue,
and a few packages of stewing meat. Our rib steaks are 20% off, and our roasts are 10% off. Pictured below, is one of our rib steaks. Some may have more fat, some may have less, but they generally have a lot of marbling. Let us know if you would like to order anything.
