Good morning to all our Delights!!!

Scott will be going for neck surgery in the next few weeks. So, we have decided that we will wait to change the menu until September. That give Kas time to get a menu planned out with Scott for all of you and to help ease her in into working by herself as Scott will need at least 6 months to a year to recover.

Kas has been doing amazing with helping as we prepare for Scott's surgery.

Please keep Scott in your thoughts and prayers.

Day of surgery we will be closed as Kas will be attending with Scott.

Thank you for your understanding.

We appreciate all of you and will keep everyone updated when and how scott will be doing.

Scott subira une opération au cou dans les prochaines semaines. Nous avons donc décidé d'attendre pour changer le menu jusqu'en septembre. Cela donne à Kas le temps de planifier un menu avec Scott pour vous tous et de l'aider à travailler seule, car Scott aura besoin d'au moins 6 mois à un an pour se rétablir.

Kas a fait une aide incroyable pour aider Scott à se préparer à l'opération.

S'il vous plaît, gardez Scott dans vos pensées et vos prières.

Le jour de l'opération, nous serons fermés car Kas sera présent avec Scott.

Good afternoon to All Our Delights!!

We are NOW for WEEK 1 MEALS!!!

Here is the meal plan for Week 1, commencing June 29th orders due June 24th.

This meal plan is designed to be accessible to everyone, SENIORS, shift workers, students, individuals, and various family structures.

This week's menu showcases our WEEK 1 selections!

The menu includes lasagna with a roll, Greek chicken with seasoned potatoes and vegetables , fried chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables, Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and vegetables, and chicken parm with red sauce and pasta.

For dessert, there are CHOCOLATE PIE available for $15

This meal plan is available to all.

PAYMENT DUE UPON ORDERING!!

The pricing is $60.00 for all 5 meals or $75.00 for all 5 meals plus a dessert each night.

Pick-up or delivery options will be available on Monday after 11:00 am.

Complimentary delivery is offered within Frankford and Trenton.

The delivery schedule begins at 10:30 am.

Payment is required at the time of ordering.

The pick-up location is 55 Wolfe St, Frankford.

We are affiliated with VAC and VON SMILEs (direct billing).

Yesterday afternoon, Kas dedicated her time to preparing a special support initiative for the children transitioning from our daycare to junior kindergarten.

This transition marks a significant milestone, and we aimed to express our profound appreciation for each child.

Soulsmith will no longer be able to attend

** Due to Scott's neck surgery being scheduled sooner than we had anticipated. We will not be able to preform on the August 1st show. Recovery will be a bit however, Scott will be back stronger then ever!!**

We are pleased to announce that we will be performing as the opening act for At The Ready in Colborne at The Royal Crown Pub & Grill (4 King ST East Colborne) on August 1st.

We invite you to join us for this event, featuring both our performance and that of At The Ready.

For dessert, there are double chocolate muffins available for 6/ $15
