J.Grimson Farms We are J. Grimson Farms, a local produce/cash crop farm, farming it old school in Frankford Ontario Canada. 🇨🇦 🚜 We look forward to seeing you.

We are J.Grimson Farms, a local produce farm in Frankford Ontario focusing primarily on a select variety of potatoes which we grow and sell to the wholesale and retail market. In addition to potatoes we also grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that we sell at our on farm stand. The Farm Stand is usually open everyday from July to November. Everything that we offer at our Farm Stand has been grown or produced by us. Thank you for supporting local!

Good morning everyone. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who took time out of their Thanksgiving Monday to come out and support us at the Tater Cart. It is very much appreciated! As we get ready to put this season to bed we are very hopeful to get one more Tater Cart event in before the end. So mark your calendars for Sunday November 8th (weather permitting) for the 2026 season finale of the Tater Cart. Stay tuned to the page for further updates. 🥔🍟

Made from our very own Kennebec potatoes. Also the farm stand still has lots of 10 and 50 pound bags of potatoes available as well. We are located at 716 Will Johnson Road in Stockdale. Cash only. As we gather around the table this Thanksgiving, we’re reminded how much there is to be thankful for — family, friends, our farming community, and all the wonderful people who continue to support our farm.

From our family at J. Grimson Farms to yours, we hope your weekend is filled with love, laughter, full plates, and special moments with the people who mean the most to you. We are so grateful to be part of such a wonderful community. 🧡🦃

Thanksgiving is only a few days away! 🍂🦃

If potatoes are on your holiday menu, now is the time to stock up. Our potato supply is starting to get low as we get closer to the end of our season, so don't wait too long to get yours.

We still have a selection of potatoes available in 10 lb and 50 lb bags while supplies last.

Also, don't forget, That on Thanksgiving Monday October the 12th we will be firing up the Tater Cart serving up our fries and potato chips using our own Kennebec potatoes. So if you are looking for something to do or are getting sick of turkey stop on by. We will be open 11am to 4 pm at 716 Will Johnson Road in Stockdale. This is a cash only event 🥔🍟

That's a wrap on potato harvest 2026! After battling drought and very disappointing yields in 2025, this year was a welcome change. Better growing conditions and timely rains helped produce a crop that we can be proud of, making all the long days and hard work worthwhile.

With the last potatoes now out of the ground I'm feeling grateful for a much better harvest and for everyone who helped make it happen. To my friends and better half who lent a hand in the field, your help and support are appreciated more than words can say.

One thing I'll miss now that harvest is over is the lunch breaks in the field. Those meals brought everyone together, giving us a chance to share stories, laugh, and enjoy each other's company before getting back to work. The conversations around the lunch table and the camaraderie throughout harvest helped make the long days pass a little faster and a lot more enjoyable.

It's a bit bittersweet to see harvest come to an end, but I'm thankful for a successful season. Now the work begins to sort, rebag and get the potatoes on to you guys. Potatoes will be available on the farm stand while supplies last. 🥔
