A couple of sites I share with my clients. This helps vegans, vegetarians, & those wanting to add more plants in their diet find dishes (snacks, meals) to suit their taste.

Not all recipes on the lentil site are totally plant based but can help incorporate more protein and fibre in recipes.

To get the appropriate recipes, you need to put vegan or vegetarian in the search tool for budget bytes.

The majority of my clients complain about being bloated. It is a legit complaint & affects quality of life...e.g.physical functioning, fatigue, anxiety/depression.

Some tell me they are overweight or feel 6 months pregnant. Their abdomen can feel hard (and no, I don't need need to feel your belly).

There are many reasons for being bloated & figuring this out with a dietitian can at the root cause without unnecessary elimination of nutritious foods.

Also, messenger molecules anandamide (binds to same receptors as THC in cannabis) and serotonin are stimulated. Anandamide has a role in reducing pain and, like serotonin, is a feel-good molecule.
