Order up! Next Friday the 21st of august I will be preparing for a function for Saturday. I’m putting on a brisket or two and pork butts for pulled pork. And I’ll be smoking Saturday as well with ribs and chicken quarters and possibly pork butt burnt ends and Mac n cheese . I’m thinking maybe some smoked salmon for samples if you want to place an order or need something else I can get it done for you. any orders or reviews are welcome to keep a hobby alive.🙏🔥

My apologies for not being able to fulfill some orders recently but I’ve been doing a few renovations here and I’m hoping to get back to smoking again as soon as possible! If you’re interested in something new don’t be afraid to ask. If you like certain things I can always give it a shot right . My jerk chicken today was fantastic and a new smoker showed up today so maybe some smoked salmon or wings are on your mind maybe some jerky too who knows .

If anyone is picking up some bbq today I’m going to have everything ready for one o’clock. I have plenty of beans and Mac n cheese but a limited amount of ribs as they are going fast but if you ordered you are good to go 👍

I have the ole smoker loaded up and rollin for a public event tomorrow at the river run resort and touch a truck so cmon out and support a good cause. We will have ribs -beans and Mac n cheese and slaw and some cornbread while supplies last.🔥
