Our Cinnamon Bun Gelato was one of those flavours that just felt so right for fall!!! And seeing how much everyone loved it today made it even more special.

Today we’re celebrating Mexican Independence Day with one of our favourite Mexican flavours.

Jamaica = hibiscus 🌺
In Mexico, it’s often enjoyed as agua de jamaica… tart, floral and beautifully refreshing.

So today, we made it into sorbetto.
