Memphis Ridge Ranch

Memphis Ridge Ranch Faith, family, fun and farm animals. We are a family of 6 living out in the country in southern Manitoba. We have beef and eggs available for purchase.

We raise beef cattle, Boer goats, livestock guardian dogs, cattle working dogs and performance horses (cutting/working cow/reining) with a flock of chickens that give us a steady supply of farm fresh free range eggs. We will also have goats available in the fall.

With the mares starting to come home from breeding these fillies can finally run and play together in a bigger pen. I’m really liking how these girls are growing, they should make some sweet cowhorses. Both fillies are sired by a son of Bobs Hickory Rio and out of my Haidas Little Pep daughter and Got Pep/Playgun bred mare.

Our wait is finally over, welcome to the world little one! Born last night at 11:20 pm, I was blessed to be there to watch the birth. A big beautiful filly out of my ranch mare, she went a bit over due(3 1/2 weeks) and foaled at 368 days 😬 She’s the first mare I’ve ever had reach a full year gestation.
