Du gingembre cultivé localement, à Gatineau. Il sera prêt en août, mais d’ici là, il y a déjà plein de bonnes choses à découvrir.

Venez faire vos provisions en libre-service du lundi au jeudi ou avec notre personnel du vendredi au dimanche à la serre, ainsi que les samedis de 9 h à 12 h au marché public de Bowman.

Shop at your own pace in self-serve Monday through Thursday, or with our team Friday to Sunday at the greenhouse, and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon at the Bowman public market.

Nachos garnis des Serres Gatineau !

En poêle, faites revenir nos poivrons, nos jalapeños et du boeuf haché, avec épices au goût (sel, poivre, poudre d’ail, chili mexicain).

Puis, disposez des croustilles de maïs, ajoutez du fromage râpé et le mélange de boeuf. À broil jusqu’à ce que le fromage soit fondu.

Pour finir, garnissez de notre salsa et de coriandre fraîche. Le tour est joué !

Loaded nachos Serres Gatineau style!

In a pan, sauté our peppers, jalapeños and ground beef, with spice to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder, Mexican chili).

Then layer corn chips, add shredded cheese and the beef mixture. Broil until the cheese is melted.

To finish, top with our salsa and fresh cilantro. That’s all there is to it !
