We are proud to announce the next pioneering step in the future of the farm to fork movement in the local Halton Hills market! We are introducing a food security initiative that will create the first self-sufficient local, farm to fork, foodservice ecosystem in the retail food industry. A first of its kind!

We have stocked our counter with Chef Ivan's own gourmet seasoning blends. These rubs are 100% handmade in-store to complement our premium cuts.

If you are preparing dinner this weekend, these custom blends are designed to elevate your pork dishes:

▪️Porchetta Seasoning: A classic herb blend featuring Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, chili flakes, and brown sugar.

▪️Pork Rub: A savoury blend featuring salt, sugar, dehydrated garlic, onion, spices, herbs, and natural smoke flavour.

New Friday Hours: Open Until 6:00 PM

We have extended our Friday hours to serve you better. Agram Meats & Culinary Boutique is now open until 6:00 PM every Friday.

The extra hour gives you more time to stop by after work and stock up on your weekend essentials, including our premium cuts, house-made burgers and sausages, and prepared meals.

We continue to offer a unique concept for the Halton Hills community - our self-serve Whole Milk Vending Machine, located inside Agram Meats & Culinary Boutique.

Partnering with Whole Milk Vending Inc., this system provides fresh, certified organic, non-homogenized whole milk sourced directly from a family-run farm in the Hamilton area.

Product Details:

▪️Non-Homogenized: This is full-fat milk where the cream rises naturally to the top, maintaining its traditional structure.

▪️Certified Organic: Sourced from dairy cows raised without GMOs or synthetic sprays.

▪️Value: Available at $3.20 per litre.

This minimally processed option is excellent for home cooks who prepare their own yogurt, butter, or cheese, as well as families who prefer traditional whole milk.

How It Works:
