We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused person to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers both in person and over the phone, handling in-store sales, scheduling and completing deliveries, and administrative and cleaning tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is a bonus. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to lift heavy items (large jugs of water and bags of softener salt).
Requirements
-Strong communication skills in English
-Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math operations
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
-Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
-Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks related to loading/unloading the truck and deliveries
