Here are some of the mead labels I have created for brews past, current and future. A couple are generic labels where I can write in the specific mead or cider details. Other labels have been created for a specific batch. Some are smaller one gallon and others are seven gallon batches. A one gallon jug is enough for four 750ml bottles. The seven gallon batches I am working on like Santa’s Cane and Better together will yield something like 28 bottles!

Two recent batches bottled and corked and ready to go! A Summertime Mead made with pineapples, peaches, strawberries and cherries at 9% ABV and a Mango Mead at 8% ABV. Both were made last year and bulk aged a bit before being bottled.

Brought a sampling of my meads and ciders to holiday gathering of a local nonprofit I am involved in.

16 different varieties on offer for people to try including a candy cane chocolate mead for the holidays.

I also got little 5oz pop-tab bottles from IKEA. Great for gifts or bringing sample-sized portions to a friend’s house.

Did some bottling today with pop-tab bottles I got from IKEA. I picked up 1 litre and half litre bottles Chocolate Cherry Bouchet, Fruitcake Mead, Hibiscus Green Tea Cider and Buckwheat Honey Mead were all ready to be bottled. 11.5L total.

I have been finishing off a bunch of brews in the last couple of weeks. Here I have bottled the Cranberry Orange Cider, the Peanut Butter Banana Mead, the Mango Ginger Mead, the Pear Mead and some of the Ginger Beer.
In most cases, I will store most of the brew so it can age and mellow but I put some in smaller bottles for tasting and sharing now.

Started a Cyser (Apple Mead) today. My first one. Let’s see how it turns out!
Racked the Maple Cider and backsweetened with maple syrup and apple juice.
Was going to add the bourbon and vanilla to the blueberry mead but it is still bubbling away so I left it for now.

Recently bottled my hard Cherry Apple Cider which I started at the end of March, so 5-6 weeks from start to finish.
The first two bottles are 32oz growlers. These I put away - one for six months and the other for a year to see how much time affects the taste of the cider.
The other bottles are two 16oz, two 1L (34oz) and one 1.14L (38oz) so a yield of 138ozs. These will be enjoyed and shared with friends and family.
