Supercharger Pizza is FINALLY coming to the farm 🍕⚡️

We’ve been trying to make this happen for years - mostly because we selfishly want to enjoy our fave pizzas closer to home. If you’ve ever heard Ian talk about Supercharger, you already know that his obsession with the killer bee runs deep 😂

A dinner 5 years in the making - we met Mimi at one of her cooking classes in 2021, back when Supper Club was just a dream. We were immediately enthralled by the unique dishes and also for the passion with which she shares her culinary knowledge.

Having her here in our backyard was a dream come true and one that was years in the making. Mimi’s food is rooted in tradition. It tells the story of generations before her. Being part of the prep and ceremony, digging our own barbacoa pit and roasting our home grown lamb under her guidance was an experience that will live in our hearts forever. We are feeling incredibly grateful. Oaxaca forever 🤍
