Since opening in early 2025, this charming 18-seat restaurant quickly earned a spot on the Michelin Vancouver Guide and was a finalist on Air Canada’s Best New Restaurant list.

Our Supper Club on August 15th with Chef has been years in the making.

We first met Mimi in 2021 in her hometown of Matadamas, Oaxaca at one of her infamous cooking classes. Enamored with her food and smitten by her charming and easygoing nature, we became fast friends. Since then, it has been a goal of ours to host an event with her at our farm.

Mimi is one hell of a culinary force - in 2019 she was recognized as a ‘maestra cocinera’ of Oaxacan cuisine by UNESCO. She is a guardian of ancestral techniques, regional recipes, and indigenous ingredients, and was featured in for her legendary black mole.

For one very special night we’re bringing the spirit, traditions and flavours of Oaxaca to the Sunshine Coast. Do not miss this.

We are very excited to welcome Supper Club’s first international guest - Chef David Jackman of Wildweed. This former Vancouver legend put down roots in Cincinnati and after years of pop ups, opened the doors of Wildweed in 2024.

Known for their fresh, handformed pastas and foraged wild ingredients, Chef Jackman was a finalist in the Best Chef category of the prestigious James Beard Awards in 2025. This guy is the real deal and it’s going to be such a treat to have him on the West Coast cooking again.

These buds are no stranger to the spotlight - they’ve been at the top of Canadas 100 Best & North Americas 50 Best ALOT over the past few years. Ian and I have had the pleasure of dining with them twice now and we love love love their unique and playful approach to food and wine. With two wildly popular restaurants to run, this is rare West Coast appearance for the Mon Lapin team and we just know it is going to be a stunner

2025 was one of our best years on the farm. Thank you to everyone who spent time here or supported us in any way. It means so much to us that we’re able to live our farm dream everyday. We’ve got lots of new and special ideas in the works for 2026 and are looking forward to a new year of growing and gathering
