Oakrun Acres Heritage Farm, located near the small farming community of Melbourne is happy to offer our Grass Fed and Finished Beef as well as Free-Range eggs. Our beef is produced without the use of added growth hormones or antibiotics. Our cattle are only fed lush green grass when on pasture and locally grown hay in the winter. Our cattle live a stress free life where they are free to graze and

lay in the shade of our large Oak trees as they please. We believe that happy beef is tasty beef. Our beef comes from our mixed herd of Galloway, Scottish Highland, and Shorthorn cattle.

We have eggs - lots of eggs!
We "rescued" 200+ former commercial layers from becoming broth. Large chicken farms have to empty their barns every year...even though the hens have so many more eggs left to lay.
We buy some and resell them. Clients love seeing them transform from molting, skittish chickens to beautiful, happy hens.
The side effect of rehabilitating these hens is eggs.. Lots and lots of eggs!
