In Alberta, fall is when many gardeners start thinking about planting garlic. 🧄 But before you put those cloves in the ground, there’s one thing you don’t want to overlook:

Here are a few delicious ways to use them:

🥣 Creamy soups
🥔 Roasted with potatoes and vegetables
🍝 Tossed into pasta dishes
