Good morning & happy Sunday-Funday! ☀️
📣 For those who missed out while I was in the Comox Valley/Campbell River area this past weekend and still would have loved to get your hands on some Jam/Jelly NOT TO WORRY!‼️🤩

👉🏻I will be TAKING ORDERS up until JULY 2nd, as we will be leaving Gold River and heading back to Courtenay the first week of July to stay closer to the Hospital awaiting the arrival of our baby. 🥰

SO, let me know what tickles your fancy and I can package up all your goods to deliver while I am back down there! 🚙💨🧺

The LAST REMAINS of my PEPPER JELLY STASH will be available at the next and FINAL MARKET of this Spring/Summer Season, as we will then be awaiting the arrival of our new addition to the family in the next month. 🫶🏻

By popularity and demand, I have upgraded my garden beds to fit MORE pepper plants to prepare for this summer’s harvests and next seasons markets! 🪴🧺🌶️

RED PEPPER JELLY
-A classic sweet & tangy treat! Loved at every appetizer party. Just need a brick of cream cheese or Boursin and lather the jelly over top to serve with baguettes or crackers! Also great use for meat marinades, baked brie, dressings, you name it!

JALAPEÑO JELLY🔥
-Tame & tasty! Perfect for those who love a touch of zip, but nothing too torturing! Goes great with cream cheese & crackers, a glaze for your grilled meats, added to dips/dressings & even cocktails!

MANGO HABANERO JELLY🔥🔥🔥
-Tropical sweet heat! Reminds me a lot of Mexico. Perfect for cream cheese and crackers, marinading pork, chicken, or shrimp, spread on tacos, or even added to your mango margaritas for a touch of spice!

PINEAPPLE HABANERO JELLY🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
-Sweet, tangy and unapologetically SPICY! This one for sure needs caution tape around it. ⚠️ Perfect used once again on cream cheese & crackers(my go-to appetizer), glazes/marinades for chicken, shrimp or pork(makes the best lemon chicken sauce if ya like it with extra spice), dips/dressings & cocktails!

We always find a way to preserve what’s going on us and turn it into something delicious!

We had a couple big bags of mandarins that were in just plain awful condition since the day we brought them home. Dry, chewy and barely any flavour. 🙅🏼‍♀️😫
SO, instead of tossing them, I washed, peeled and scraped the piths out and turned them into a delightfully sweet MANDARIN MARMALADE! 🍊

We may advertise that “all products are homegrown/locally sourced” and have definitely been questioned a few times at markets regarding certain flavours like our “Mango Habanero” or “Pineapple Habanero” Jellies! BUT, who doesn’t pass up a great bulk-sized deal of fresh fruit or vegetables at our local markets when ya see one! 🛒🥭🍍

We can still proudly say that over 20+ of our flavours ARE indeed purely made from homegrown/locally foraged fruits and vegetables! 🫙👌🏻
