Early morning honey restock at Larry's Place before the weekend settles in!

We are still only stocking our liquid honey, but will be getting out honey creamer on the go soon. Make sure to follow us at Farming From Scratch to be the first to know when cinnamon and other creamed honeys become available!

Honey harvest #2 is underway!

We had the shed all set up, only to have the honey pump not start, so we had to shift a few things around and are back to dumping pails of honey from the extractor into the clarifier, the. Sending Matt up a ladder to dump our strained honey into the bottling tank. However, our uncapper is now up and running and it is phenomenal not having to use a knife to uncap every honey frame. Slowly but surely, we are moving on up in the world. Today's harvest is looking to be close to 1000lbs of the sweet stuff!

We are working on getting our new A/C unit installed also, so we can have creamed honey in your hands sooner! Stay tuned!
