Fireweed Hill

We're specialise in unique small batch preserves and other creations. We use many ingredients grown in our gardens or foraged nearby.

Combining exotic flavours with local ingredients to bring you the unexpected. We're always cooking up something!

The lettuce is ready for harvest, and you can get some!

A large Ziploc bag filled with a mixture of different lettuce varieties + a bonus small bag of nasturtium (edible flowers). $5 for a bag and will be ready for pickup Sunday August 2. First come, first served until they are gone.

If you want to really spruce up your salad, we also have a few bottles of our slow infused vinegar available ($6 each). We will have more flavours in the coming weeks, but the Lemon Thyme & Rosemary Vinegar makes an amazing, fresh vinaigrette. Mix with olive oil, a bit of maple syrup and Dijon mustard and you're good to go.

'Tis the season for fancy grilled cheese! Afterall, if it's good together on a cheese tray or charcuterie board, it will be just as good melted between two pieces of bread.

Here are some of my favourite combinations:
- Caramelized Onion & Strawberry Preserves with brie
- Hot Pepper Jelly with gouda (pictured)
- Brown Ale Jelly with a sharp cheddar
- Rum and Redberry Preserves with crumbled blue cheese
