Hello folks!
This is the last time you can enjoy the food truck at Grand Scoop for this season (i will be at the farmers market dont panic)
I have to tell something:
🙏🙏🙏 Huge thanks to each person who stop at the food truck, to each of you who choose Le Bazar to eat this summer. Big thanks to Grand Scoops for trusting me and cool me down with ice cream everyday 🙂
That was our 4th summer, still learning, still thinking : why i am doing this here? And still: i really do my dream feeding a community that i love so much.
Still passionate, still motivated to COOK real stuff from scratch in a food truck in grand forks ! Thanks for the trust. Thanks for the all amazing beautiful comments I got told (the best paycheque for me it is you, foodies, loving my food and feel good after eating, nothing is more valuable to me than super happy costumers)

Thanks to support local small businesses, we are a bunch here in Grand Forks to dedicate their lives to their passion and share it with the community. Not easy when we surounded by big head, big money and the "go fast fast FAST "mentality.
Thanks to all who sat and took time to eat, drink tea with me and to let me served you at the tables so i can pretend having a restaurant for a moment.
Food industry is very hard we have to be extremely passionate about it and might miss some cells to do it. 🤪 thanks friends, familly for your help this season doing my dishes, cutting onions and potatoes, packing, unpacking big stuff, carrying grey water every day.. (you know who you are) you kept my mental health .. good! you guys make me smiled in hardest days.
