Sleepy Hollow Farm Garlic farm Hi everyone:)

We moved out to this beautiful property in the summer of 2016! We wanted a change from hectic city life and we won't be going back!

We sold our home in Sherwood Park, packed up our doggies, kitty cat and ourselves and found our new forever home. We love growing our own food and living in the breathtaking Monashee mountains. We started developing our farm as soon as we arrived and harvested our first crop in the summer of 2017. We have significantly expanded our crop size and continue to do so. Our garlic is not "certified" org

anic but it is completely free of any "cides". We hand weed, build our soil structure with cover crops and organic manure from the local dairy farm and keep a four-year crop rotation in place so our garlic stays clean and disease free! We plant by hand in the fall, use a natural seaweed fertilizer to feed in the spring and pull by hand in the summer. Our garlic hangs to dry and cure for 3-4 weeks to ensure it has the longest storage capabilities possible. Our garlic makes a wonderful addition to your pantry or seed for your own garden! Pam & Wes
