Saturday food feast preparations.

Down on South shore .. or is that up to the south shore? I may never get it right.

When travelling we donot have luxury of slow cook smoker. 😞

Had to improvise with the oven broiler for searing sirloin tip roast. Now in slow cooker for long roasting.

Roast poked with garlic, lovage leaves and onions.. hmmm
