Rebecca’s kitchen Small batch, delicious items from my kitchen to your family. Landman Gardens and Bakery is a family run business just north of Grand Valley.

Our farm is a very diverse farm, with many different enterprises. We milk dairy goats primarily. We also raise pasture raised chicken, turkey, pork and laying hens. All of our animals are raised on pasture, allowing them fresh access to clean water and plenty of fresh greens. We are determined to produce only the healthiest, freshest food for your table. In our commercial kitchen our kitchen team

prepares many homemade baked goods, ready made meals, preserves and more. We also have a Farm share program that runs through the year in four month increments. There’s nothing quite like the flavour of homemade stock—and once you learn how easy it is to make, you’ll never want to go back to store-bought.

Join me for a 2.5-hour hands-on workshop where we’ll make vegetable and chicken stock from scratch, then use that stock to create two delicious soups together. Along the way we’ll talk about tips, techniques, and simple ways to make the most of ingredients you already have in your kitchen.

This class is interactive and relaxed—you’ll be chopping, stirring, tasting, and learning as we cook together.

Yes, I’ve been a bit of a social media ghost lately.

Between kitchen life, balancing a new job, and making sure I still get precious time with my family, posting hasn’t exactly topped my list. And honestly? That’s not changing much 😉
