There’s so much on the go in our kitchen that we can’t fit all the deliciousness into one post during the day! Keep an eye on our feed & stories to see what’s hot at Ruby’s. A bit late in the night to post, this beauty is in its own league!

Our Limited Edition Ruby’s Signature Turkey Dinner Panini brings all the comfort of turkey dinner with the loaded layers & scratch-made touches we’re known for!

In-house oven-roasted turkey, crispy bacon, smoked gouda & double cream brie, scratch-made sage & herb stuffing, cranberry-jalapeño jelly, garlic aioli & fresh spinach, all tucked into sourdough and grilled to perfection in garlic butter. Served with our scratch-made spiced apple butter aioli for dipping (optional). 🤤

Smoky, creamy, savoury & a little sweet, with a touch of heat—there’s a whole lot of fall flavour packed into this one!

A little Thursday night update from Ruby’s! ❤️

We’ve been navigating a number of challenges behind the scenes these past few weeks, and we want to thank you for your patience. Sharing our daily features consistently is something we’ve always strived for, but lately we’ve been rolling with Plan C more often than we’d like!

Our busier catering weeks have moved our Take & Heat meals a little lower on the priority list, but we’re ramping things back up. Let us take dinner off your plate! 🙌

This week, you’ll find:

🍅 NEW Marry Me Chicken Meatballs with creamy sundried tomato & basil sauce over penne, served with roasted vegetables.

🥧 Chicken Pot Pie with scratch-made pastry & a hearty chicken & vegetable stew filling.

🥔 Shepherd’s Pie with creamy garlic butter mashed potatoes, hearty beef & vegetable stew & double cheddar. Gluten friendly!

Greek Turkey Meatballs with lazy cabbage roll rice, zesty tzatziki & green beans (gluten friendly), protein banana oat belgian waffles (gluten friendly), are coming later this week, along with more tasty options!

From classic casseroles to more gourmet offerings, our meals are hearty, nutrient dense & fully cooked. Just heat, serve & enjoy. Save yourself the grocery shopping, prep & pile of dishes while still putting a quality meal on the table. ❤️

Our little kitchen has been getting busier again this fall, and we’re feeling so grateful.

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of catering St. Joseph Catholic Women’s League’s Women, the Word & W**e event for the 5th year in a row! We got a little creative, styling nearly 200 charcuterie boxes to complement their theme & colours, with that Ruby’s care tucked into every one.

Orders like these take so much planning, prep & attention to detail. I’m incredibly proud of my team for pulling it all together so beautifully while navigating some challenges behind the scenes. There’s a whole lot of heart & hard work behind these photos!

To the Women’s League, thank you for the opportunity & for trusting us year after year. Being invited back means so much to our small business.
