The beginning of a long night… and yes, we mean NIGHT! 😊

What you see here is just the beginning. By morning, these trays will be filled with homemade cabbage rolls.

Everything is ready, and we are starting to roll cabbage rolls.

Tonight, hundreds of cabbage leaves, trays, and carefully prepared filling will turn into one of our most loved homemade meals.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to prepare larger batches thanks to God’s blessing and the generous support of the Ukrainian Catholic Church in Grande Prairie, which allows us to use their commercial kitchen.

Right now, you have a chance to order:

• Freshly baked and chilled Cabbage Rolls (Beef & Pork) — $20 per tray
• Raw, ready-to-bake Cabbage Rolls (Beef & Pork) — $18 per tray

Made with lean beef and pork, rice, vegetables, and wrapped in tender cabbage leaves.

Each tray contains 6–10 cabbage rolls (approximately 600–700 g).

Thank You, SPCM Show & Shine!

Despite the cloudy weather, we had a wonderful day at the SPCM Show & Shine event.

A huge thank you to the organizers for all the hard work behind the scenes. Organizing an outdoor market is never easy, especially when the weather doesn’t fully cooperate. Your dedication, support, warm coffee, and positive attitude made the day enjoyable for everyone.

We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this event, meet so many friendly people, and share our homemade treats with the community.

We’re gearing up for a sweet adventure! On Saturday, June 27th, we’re setting off on a dessert journey: from Dawson Creek to Fort St. John, Hudson’s Hope, Chetwynd, Tumbler Ridge, and back again! We’ll be delivering our signature treats, and you can pre-order to have them arrive right at your table. Our approximate schedule: 9:00 AM – Dawson Creek, 10:20 AM – Fort St. John, 11:35 AM – Hudson’s Hope, 1:05 PM – Chetwynd, 2:35 PM – Tumbler Ridge, and 4:00 PM back to Dawson Creek.
