Valley Growers is looking for a hands-on individual to supervise our potato packaging line and lead a small team!

What you will be doing:

✅ Over see day-to-day packing activities
✅ Coordinate staff, production and shipping
✅ Ensure proper machine operation
✅ Complete quality assurance on product

Who we are looking for:

- Motivated individual
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Mechanical know-how and with good attention to detail
- Willingness to pitch in during busy times
