🚜 We’re looking for a reliable operator to join us for spring planting season on our local farm.

👉This is a great fit if you:
- Have experience running equipment (tractor, loader, heavy trucks etc.)
- Like working outdoors and staying busy
- Want to try something different

✅What you’ll be doing:
- Operating tractors and planting equipment
- Field prep and light equipment maintenance
- Working alongside a small, hands-on team

💰 What we offer:
- Competitive hourly pay ($23–$30/hr, based on experience)
- Plenty of hours during the season
- Home every night – no camp, no rotation
- Opportunity for ongoing/long-term work if it’s a good fit

⏰ When:
- Starting May 18th and running through mid-June
- Must be available to work long days and weekends

No farming experience? No problem — if you can run equipment and are willing to learn, we’ll train you.
