Figured a simple pan sear and oven finish with garlic and white wine butter sauce would work - and it did.

Remember this?

I am the kitchen today and tomorrow at Wander Food & Wine | Sudbury Wine Bar making paella for anyone who wants to get a taste of Spain this weekend.

Full Spanish Festival menu available today 12pm to 6 PM until we switch to an amazing Pincho display.

Tomorrow we open with more pinchos from 12 to 3 PM and Norm will be onsite to co-host with me!

Paella is only available from 12-6pm today and 3-6pm tomorrow.

Festival menu available starting at 3 PM so you can build up an appetite to enjoy a full patio party with Alex Pechkoff and Eric Forest starting at 7pm.
