🎉 Sod Turning Ceremony – Nihiki Sakahikan Goose Lake School 🎉
Zagimē Anishinabēk is excited to invite our community to a historic and long‑awaited celebration. Join us Friday, June 19th from 10:00am to 12:00pm as we officially break ground for the new Nihiki Sakahikan Goose Lake School.
📍 Event begins at the Zagimē Complex 📸 Photo opportunity at the new school site 🔥 Community lunch to follow back at the Zagimē Complex
This is a monumental occasion for our Nation — a moment of pride, progress, and the beginning of a brighter future for our children and families. We welcome all community members to come out, share in the celebration, and witness this important step forward together.
Let’s make this a day to remember. ✨
