I canned a bunch of peaches last year. Some of them turned out with a less than desirable texture - still delicious but a little mushy. Decided to try a peach crisp with a couple jars. Best. Idea. Ever. 😍
Dessert tonight and breakfast for kids in the morning. Is it the healthiest? No.
Is it better than cereal? In my mind, yes.
Also, I used old fashioned oats, local & organic stone ground flour, and my homemade butter. It’s practically a health food, guys 🤷🏼♀️
And then I used the leftover juice to try making some jello cups with some beef gelatin. (Again, health food)
