Sweet Watermelon Pizza for an afternoon snack
Ingredients
1 C (250) 2% Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp (30 ml) Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
1 large watermelon slice, about 1" thick
2 C (500 ml) berries
Tutti Fruity Whole Food Topper, or Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Topper, to taste
Preparation
In small bowl, stir together yogurt and dip mix.
Spread sweet dip on watermelon. Top with berries.
Sprinkle with whole food topper. Cut into slices, and serve

Three big announcements were made today!
1) There will be TWENTY items that have been unavailable RELEASED today! I know many of you have a wishlist started so keep your eyes open as I post them here.
another 10 items will be released around July 15 so watch for those as well.
2) Anyone who placed an order in May will be receiving a FREE PRODUCT CREDIT!!! Epicure's head office understands the frustration that many people were feeling when their orders took longer than normal to process, and are grateful for your patience and loyalty. More information will be posted once it's available.
3) Delivery times are now being reduced from the expected 6-8 weeks that we were experiencing, to 4-5 weeks starting July 6. All outstanding May orders will ship by the end of this week. Processing times will be reduced to 2-3 weeks in August and will be back to the regular 3-5 business days by the end of August. This is incredible news that I know you have been waiting for - and just in time for the NEW CATALOGUE to be released for fall!
