Summer is a time that we want to capture for longer. Fermented polish dill pickles are prepared at the pick of the Summer time and left alone to ferment. Then they bring the sourness and crunch to out table in the Fall and Winter. My cold room is now stocked with freshly made pickles.

Carpaccio z buraka robili艣my ju偶 kilka razy. Zawsze wychodzi pysznie. Kilka 艂adnych burak贸w upiecz lub ugotuj na parze. Cienko pokr贸j w plastry. Polej oliw膮 lub olejem z pestek dynii i redukcj膮 octu balsamicznego. Posyp koperkiem, sol膮, pieprzem i kawa艂kami sera i gotowe.
Beet Carpaccio was done before and always turns out tasty. Cook or roast few medium beet roots. Slice them thinly and plate. Drizzle with olive or pumpkin seeds oil and balsamic reduction sprinkle with dill, salt, and pepper. Add some cheese. And voila!
