Piccolo Farm Organics Piccolo Farm Organics (PFO) is a small organic farm in Guelph, Ontario.

We primarily grow Italian vegetable varieties using no-till & regenerative farming methods including tomatoes, hot peppers, onions, herbs and salad greens.

The wild ramps are here! It'll be a good time, but not a long time. Our first seasonal pesto is made with something that doesn't grow on our farm but in the forested areas around us.

If you haven't had them before, they're a perfect hybrid of garlic and onions.

The pesto we make with them will be featured on our focaccia this week. Look for it this weekend!
