These words found us this week. They couldn’t have come at a better time.

There’s something special about being welcomed by a familiar face. The person who greets you at the door, remembers your coffee order, recommends your favourite lunch, or simply wishes you a wonderful day. Those small moments are what hospitality has always meant to us.
