We are a small team of specialty coffee professionals who met in Guelph, Ontario. Our team members are comprised of roasters and baristas with years of experience in the specialty coffee industry. We are passionate about our craft, and wanted a way of sharing that passion. City of Guilds was created in early 2015, and the concept was simple – to use the sum total of our accumulated knowledge to ed

ucate anyone with an interest in coffee. From the seasoned competition-level barista, to the enthusiast wanting to make great coffee at home, our hope is that City of Guilds will have something to offer people of all skill levels. Our Coffee Theory series highlights the ins and outs of coffee as a whole, while our Brew Method series gives simple instructions on different brewing techniques. We recommend following both series to make the most of your experience.
