Shout out to Kanika for great communication with the various scheduling requirements and filling out forms etc. Hung Vang and his apprentice dropped by to ‘fettle’ the system. Called Aido Climate to help us out with a water softener problem at my workplace. After calling a dozen plumbers and water companies, Aido was the only one who would take the job. Their technician was scheduled to come out right away and service was so fast. Communication was very easy and pleasant. The technician gave me a 20 minute heads up before they arrived so we were prepared. The technician Hung V. Also was very friendly and personable. Explained everything so that we understood the issues, possible solutions, costs, and options available to us. The initial diagnostic fee also goes towards the cost of any repairs we choose to do. So overall 10/10 service, I highly recommend them.
