WELLINGTON SPAGHETT 🌸
Wellington Spaghett is a flavoured beer inspired by the popular “Spaghett” served traditionally with lager, lemon, and Italian-style bitter apéritif. Brewed on a base of our award-winning Helles Lager, this ready-to-serve beer cocktail delivers crisp lager character balanced with sweet lemon juice and bright bitter citrus aromatics.

PILSNER CHARDONNAY 🍇
Pilsner Chardonnay is a premium pils brewed with German noble hops and aged in oak Chardonnay barrels for layered dry fruit, soft oak, and subtle tartness. Finished with a touch of fresh pilsner before packaging, it delivers crisp grassy notes and a clean, refined finish.

We're adding another brewer to our team! If you're an experienced brewer interested in joining Canada's oldest indie microbrewery brewery, passionate about beer, and takes pride in their craft (literally) then this job may be for you!

You should apply if you:
- Have experience with sensory analysis
- Enjoy an after work pint with pals
- Have strong organizational skills
- Enjoy working closely with the team to create & execute
- Can manoeuvre up to 75lbs
- Have experience with GMP and HACCP requirements
