A very vigorous Yellow Oyster mycelium. This is what we like to see!

This one was hardwood sawdust spawn that we used to inoculate oat straw from the farm. It was supposed to be “terminal” but we might see if we can “feed” it one last time before we use it to produce some amazing compost.

If you’re looking for locally grown, nutrient-dense vegetables, we’re doing our Barrhead deliveries tomorrow (Tuesday), between 5-6pm.

-Cauliflower
-Daikon
-Kale
-Hakurei turnip

-Turnip
-Cabbage
-Zucchini
-Tivoli squash
-Winter squash (Kabocha)
-potatoes (large, and small roasting)

All our crops are grown in the soil, using regenerative practices, and no synthetic chemicals.

We also have pumpkins available at the moment. Small and medium size are $5, large pumpkins are $10. These are New England pie pumpkins.
