Rare Bird Craft Beer continues the brewing tradition begun by Nicholas Denys in 1659 in Guysborough with the family of Rare Bird Craft Beers. Using only using pure pure artesian well water, hops and Canadian-grown malted barley, Rare Bird Craft Beer capture the true spirit of Nova Scotia's Authentic Seacoast.
