We would like to remind everyone at Pine Tree to recycle as much as possible!
All our recycle bins also open at the front to deposit larger items, that do not fit in the small round hole.
Not only is recycling great for the environment it also helps to keep costs down as we will be required to pay for household garbage at our waste management facility starting next year.
Reducing garbage is a small thing that can have a big impact, when it comes to next year’s pricing and reducing land fill space!

Water interruption:
Unfortunately there will be no water available at any sites and washrooms and Laundromat will be closed for today (Friday 5th June) due to unforeseen repairs!
Estimated restoration is morning of the 6th.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and will comment on this post once repairs have been completed.

Due to repair of our water system, water will NOT be available tonight (30/may) from 10pm till at least 6am. People on site should also be prepared for water to have to be shut off throughout the day today…we are trying to push the repair to tonight but might have to start throughout the day.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

We have installed a AED unit on the premises, which is located inside the screen shelter in the centre of the campground...

We have installed a AED unit on the premises, which is located inside the screen shelter in the centre of the campground!
The cabinet is equipped with an alarm and should only be opened in case of medical emergency!
Anyone tampering with the cabinet or AED will be prosecuted and escorted off premises immediately!
Parents liable for their children, site holders liable for their visitors!
We would like to take this opportunity to also thank Shelly who suggested for us to install one of these units in case of medical emergencies!

Opening update #3:
All sites can now hook up to sewer connections!
Please ensure that you and your guests do not flush any objects other then normal sink and toilet waste!

Opening update #2:
Washrooms and showers are open and operational and water is available at all sites!
Sewer is available for the following sites ONLY:
Sites #3, #4, #15, #16, #17, #23, #28
Sewer hook up is not available at any other sites!

Opening update:
Due to the extremely slow thawing this year, all our systems will remain shut down until ground temperatures rise to safe operating temperatures.
We are currently preparing to open water and washrooms for May long weekend, however if we do not get the warm weather that is currently in the forecast for the week leading up to May long, availability of those services might have to be delayed further.
At this point we require everyone to NOT connect water or sewer until further notice as doing so will delay the process even further.
Thank you for your understanding and here is hoping nature smartens up soon!
