Well… that didn’t take long! 😂

The new wood shed is officially FULL! 🪵🔥

Which means there’s only one thing left to do… build another one! 😅

We’ve still got a whole lot of wood waiting to be cut, split and stacked. Looks like we’ll be spending a few more days making a big pile of little pieces! 💪🪓

At least future us will be pretty happy when maple season rolls around. 🍁

Ever wonder what goes into making our maple jalapeño syrup? 🌶️🍁

It starts with a LOT of fresh jalapeños. And when we say a lot… we mean a never-ending mountain of them! 😂

Every pepper is cut and prepared by hand, then vacuum sealed so we can lock in that fresh pepper flavour until it’s time to infuse it into our maple syrup.

No artificial flavouring. No shortcuts. Just real jalapeños, real maple syrup, and a whole lot of work behind the scenes.
