Abbey Gardens is a wonderful location to add to your travels during the Studio Tour. Find acres of restorative ecosystems and trails, large vegetable gardens supplying fresh produce, a community Food Hub with local products and delicious meals, year-round kids education programming and so much more.

Visit the Food Hub for a tasty bite to eat with local ingredients, a game of scenic disk golf, or a visit to the heritage breed horses and chickens. There is so much to experience at Abbey Gardens!

Dancing for the horses!
The horses are hungry, so we are headed back to Abbey Gardens to soak up some September weather!

We’re kicking things off with a 1.5-hour beginner line dance lesson from 7-8:30 PM, followed by an open dance floor with requests.

📍 Where: Abbey Gardens - 1012 Garden Gate Dr, Haliburton
📅 When: Friday, September 11th
💲Cost: $20 Cash event - free for 14 and under
🕗 Doors open at 6:30
🕗 Line Dance Lesson: 7-8:30 PM
🎶 Open Dancing: 8:30-10 PM

No registration required

🐴Part of the proceeds will go to Abbey Gardens for the care of their Ojibwe Spirit Horses

🌿 **A new layer of nature in our sensory garden!** 🌱

Our newly planted natural barrier is settling in beautifully, creating a gentle, living boundary while adding texture, colour, movement, and new opportunities for sensory exploration. We can’t wait to watch it grow and become an even more special part of the garden. 💚
