The garlic is ready! Music (pic 1) and Khabar (pic 2) available for pick up at the farm in Bramber. DM for details! Garlic isn't just flavour added to our food. It's medicine, culture, and zing. This year I've been roasting Khabar and finding the mild sweetness deepens. Music is great for staple uses like salsa and garlic bread. My neighbour makes both varieties into fermented garlic, two ways: one in honey, or in brine. 🍽 🍯
