Tusket Torch Chicken Sandwich — limited run

Crispy fried chicken, brined 24 hours for full juiciness, then soaked in a buttermilk–Frank’s marinade and dredged for a thick, craggly crust.

Finished with our torch glaze and spice dust, topped with house pickles and blue cheese crema, on an in-house baked beetroot milk bun.

Available today while it lasts.

Expressions Burger – This Friday at Lunch (Tusket Brewery Only)

We’re releasing a very limited run of our new Expressions Burger this Thursday at the Tusket brewery. Limited supply — hopefully enough for the weekend.

Three Expressions of Brisket:

1 — The Patty
Whole brisket ground to a true 70/30 ratio, smashed on the flat top and topped with our house-made American cheese enriched with our Vienna lager.

2 — Pastrami
The brisket flat is cured, seasoned, and oak-smoked into a tender brisket pastrami.

3 — Brisket Bacon
The brisket flat is dry-cured into beef bacon, then glazed with our maple-porter glaze made from Civil Porter and smoked over oak.

All of this goes onto our vibrant red house-baked beetroot milk bun with:
• house dill pickles,
• malt mayo,
• citrus-marinated red onions (grapefruit, lime, orange)
