Halifax Lebanese Festival is just around the corner 🇱🇧

We had a special guest in the production centre this week: Joseph stopped by to help dial in a test batch of shish taouk for this year's festival. Together with Tony, Joseph helps oversee the festival's massive food operations.

Once the spice mix is approved, it's time to start marinating chicken so it's ready to skewer for the big event.

Lebanese Festival is one of Halifax's most popular cultural events, and this year marks its 25th anniversary. Mezza is a proud community partner, and we can't wait to attend the festival! See you there August 27th to 30th.

Over thirty-five years ago, our founder Elias started serving his Lebanese family recipes from a single food court stall at the Halifax Shopping Centre.

Now, you can order Mezza in multiple provinces (and even Dubai). There's been some massive growth these past few years, and we're planning some exciting expansions into new communities very soon.
